1. Consultation Services

(a) Refunds:

  • Once a consultation session is booked and completed, no refunds will be provided.

  • If the session is canceled by us due to unforeseen circumstances, you may opt for a rescheduled session or a full refund.

(b) Cancellations:

  • Clients may cancel a consultation session at least 24 hours before the scheduled time to receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session will not be eligible for a refund but can be rescheduled upon request.

2. Courses and Workshops

(a) Refunds:

  • Refunds are available for courses and workshops only if the request is made at least 7 days before the start date.

  • If a course or workshop is canceled by us, you are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.

  • No refunds will be issued once the course or workshop has commenced.

(b) Cancellations:

  • Participants may cancel their enrollment at least 7 days before the start date for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the start date are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future session.

3. Digital Products and Downloads

  • Digital products, including e-books, templates, or recordings, are non-refundable once the purchase is completed.

  • If you experience technical issues with accessing your purchased content, please contact us, and we will assist in resolving the issue.

4. Subscription Services

(a) Refunds:

  • Subscription payments are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.

  • If you wish to cancel your subscription, it will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

(b) Cancellations:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and no further charges will be applied.

5. General Terms

(a) Force Majeure: Refunds or cancellations may not be available in cases of force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or other circumstances beyond our control.

(b) Processing Time: Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
